| Since 1976 the Hugar Foot & Ankle Specialists have maintained and utilized the Hugar Surgery Center, a state licensed, Medicare approved outpatient surgical facility. Through a partnership formed by the Chicago-based Same Day Surgery Company, and the Hugar Foot & Ankle Specialists, The Hugar Surgery Center has completed redevelopment, and has reopened as The Elmwood Park Same Day Surgery Center.

total renovation of the existing facility along with an additional
6,000 square foot construction project was completed on schedule.
The multi-specialty center provides a variety of outpatient procedures
including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Podiatry,
ENT, and others.

Hugar Foot & Ankle Specialists are pleased to announce the addition
of Shockwave therapy in the treatment of chronic heel pain. Using
state-of-the-art OssaTron technology from American Shockwave Therapies,
we now offer an exciting new alternative in the treatment of this
