We share your concern about the rising cost of medical care. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. If for some reason this is not possible, please feel free to discuss the matter with our office staff. After each visit to our office, you will be given a detailed receipt which may be submitted by you to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are participants in Blue Cross/Blue Shield, other private insurance groups, and many HMOs.

In the event you require surgery, we will be happy to file all necessary insurance papers for you. At the end of each calendar year, if you request, we will provide you with an itemized statement for the entire year. For your convenience, we accept cash and personal checks.
